Number of days with low temp <=-50 F (-45.5 C)

  This chart is based on calendar years, unlike the graph 
  in the blog article which is based on winter seasons (Jul-Jun)

  At the end of the table I've totaled the <=-50 days for
  1943-1971 and from 1972 to 2012. There you can easily 
  see the dramatic difference between Fairbanks and all
  the others in the change in the -50 F days between the
  two time periods.
